1. About the Platform
WOWDomainName.com is an AI-powered domain discovery, intelligence, and marketplace platform. We facilitate the discovery of, and introduction between, buyers and sellers of domain names. External third-party seller listings are not currently available; the domains currently listed in the marketplace are offered by the platform operator. We are not a registrar, escrow provider, payment intermediary, or domain transfer service.
2. No Escrow or Custody
WOWDomainName.com never holds purchase funds for third-party domain transactions and never takes custody of any seller's domain. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for negotiating terms, choosing a payment or escrow method, verifying each other, completing payment, transferring the domain, and confirming completion.
3. AI Tools
Our AI tools provide branding assessments, name ideas, and informational value estimates. These are not professional appraisals, legal advice, or guarantees of availability, trademark status, SEO performance, or resale value.
4. Marketplace Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry or offer creates a lead record that is reviewed by the platform operator, who facilitates an introduction to the relevant seller. It does not create a binding contract of sale. Any sale is agreed and completed directly between buyer and seller.
5. Seller Commission (Future)
For future external sellers: listing is free and buyers pay 0% commission. A seller would owe WOWDomainName.com a 5% platform/referral commission only when a buyer introduced through the platform completes a purchase of the listed domain. This commission applies solely to the future external-seller program and will be subject to a future Seller Agreement, which has not yet been published. The external-seller program is not currently active.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the AI tools, attempt to extract system instructions or credentials, submit spam, or misuse contact and inquiry forms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOWDomainName.com is not liable for the outcome of any transaction between buyers and sellers.
